Voice of employee can be described as the opportunity for the employee to deliver their ideas, concerns and suggestions about policies at the workplace, offer opinions to make workplace better.

Since the Voice of the employee has become the sound factor of the workplace, this will lead management to implement the positive changes as wish of the employees in time to time. Most of the organizations are giving priority to employee voice and they have implemented a systematic process to express their concerns without having any fears they always maintain the confidential of same.

According to the several surveys and researches has suggested, to provide effective employee voice of the organization, they should maintain the following requirement as well,

  •                  Create a culture where the feed back is essential part of the organization culture
